BEFORE you sign-on……

  • Mooroondu FC is a family club providing opportunities for EVERYONE to play football. The focus is on participation and enjoyment—it’s not all about winning.
  • Mooroondu FC is run by volunteers—parents and players who give up their time. Please be respectful and supportive of ALL our volunteers.
  • Mooroondu FC have Codes of Behaviour for players, parents and coaches—as a club member you will be expected to comply with these Codes.
  • Mooroondu FC does not provide or pay for team coaches and managers. We need parents and friends (that’s you!) to volunteer—please talk to Alan, Leo, Greg or Graeme if you’re interested.
  • Requests for placement in teams with friends will only be taken for U6, U7 and U8—and there are no guarantees. All other players will be allocated into available teams, based on skill-level, as required.
  • Teams are mixed (boys and girls together) up to U16. Girls teams (U12 and older) can only be offered if sufficient players register.

 REFUND POLICY

  • Payment in full must be made at the time of registration (cash, cheque, credit card, eftpos).
  • Full refunds will only be given if Mooroondu FC is unable to place you in a team.
  • A refund, less a $50 administration fee, will be provided if you withdraw your registration before 20 March 2010. No refunds will be given after this date.

 COMPLAINTS POLICY

  • If you have any complaint or concern at any time, please talk to a Committee member.
  • If required, temporary action will be taken to address the problem immediately, following consultation with other Committee members.
  • Complaints must be made IN WRITING and will be discussed at the next Committee meeting. If no written complaint is received, any temporary action taken will be cancelled, and no further action will be taken by the committee.

Sign-on Process

You can make the sign-on process quicker if you read everything, bring everything required and fill out the relevant forms before you come to sign-on. There are some forms that we must fill out at sign-on (required by FFA), but everything else is available here. Please see below for requirements for each age group.

Small-Sided Football (Under 6 to Under 10):

Players born 2000 to 2005 – players must have turned 5 to register.

NEW PLAYERS: If you have not previously registered with FFA (ie with another club), please bring Brith Certificate or Passport to sign-on. This must be sighted so that we can confirm your child’s name and date of birth before registering with the Football Federation of Australia.

If you have previously registered with FFA (ie with another club), we will need your FFA Number. It is easier for us if you have it, but we can look it up for you.
